Public Appointments considered by the Senedd include: the Auditor General for Wales, the Public Service Ombudsman for Wales and the Commissioner for Standards.
Senedd committees also carry out pre-appointment hearings for some appointments to the chairs of public bodies in Wales made by the Welsh Government.
